Prices and conditions

And here we are! The price is 450,000 pesos per hectare. At today's rate, that works out at around $35,475 Canadian ( $26,188 US )( 23,932 euros ).

We require 15% of this amount as a deposit. You'll know where to find us, and you'll be our future neighbors... It's in everyone's interest that everything goes smoothly. However, your deposit is non-refundable for any change of mind on your part, whatever the cause. A transfer of responsibility will be possible if you find someone yourself to take your place.

If, for economic reasons, you're afraid the currency will collapse and you don't want your land to become more expensive, you'd like to give a larger deposit, that's up to you. Sending the money here is a guarantee that it will retain its value. It's all in how you feel about it.

House prices start at 230,000 pesos (approx. 18,000 Canadian dollars) ( 12,440 euros ) . This price includes the installation of solar panels, batteries, biodigester and well.

You can see some plans and examples in another tab.

The cost of membership of the common facilities will be 12,000 pesos per year, per person. That's about 950 Canadian or 653 euros $ Divide it by the month and subtract the food savings, it'll pay for itself! It will give access to all facilities such as the beach club, jungle club and a weekly quantity of food produced. This price will only be charged when the benefits of the common areas start to be felt. For snowbirds, or people who only plan to live there 6 months a year, it will be 7000 pesos ($555 Canadian or 380 euros) for 6 months. You can't put a card on hold just because you're traveling. The aim is to maintain a maintenance budget that won't fluctuate. All amounts are requested to keep the premises in good condition and in constant progress.

To live the experience to the full, we suggest you consider this fee as you would a mandatory condo fee. It remains optional, but for the feeling of belonging, you'll enjoy participating in the events, special dinners and other activities that will be organized. Several courses in various fields related to autonomy will be offered.
