Cost of living in Mexico

To become a resident here, there is always a solution. Of course it is a budget to plan for, but on the other hand, place your money here without risk, with the bank ( Banks don't have the same rules, they do not allow bankruptcies in the same way as western banks, due to very strict laws which do not allow them to lend what they do not have ). They offer up to 12% annual interest * not taxable!!!** Your money is available every 6 months, and in case of emergency, you can withdraw it at any time for a reduced interest rate of 3%. Placing money in bank accounts with the interest rates here, can literally provide money to live on .

You can expect to save up to 40% on your groceries (compared to Western grocery stores) in a regular Mexican grocery store, 60% by encouraging small local kiosks, and even 100% when the autonomous turnover of the place is functional.

Internet costs between $20 and $60 Canadian per month, ( 12.25 and 41.70 us ) ( 11.25 and 38.22 euros ) and residential Internet packages are always unlimited.

Your cell phone will cost you between $12 and $35 per month ( 6.34 and 23.30 us ) ( 5.85 and 21.36 euros )

if you use LTE a lot.

Once you're a resident, health insurance can be taken out for up to $2,000 a year, but you should also be aware that once you're a resident, there's very little chance you'll be able to spend that kind of money annually. Health care costs remain reasonable if you don't go to American-style private hospitals. Care is rapidly available. You can see a doctor in 5 minutes for less than $5. Taking out insurance is reassuring if you have major problems. The costs associated with this insurance will be amortized over your cost of living, guaranteed.

Buying a new vehicle here means saving 25% up front, and your insurance will be at least 30% cheaper.

No welcome tax, little or no annual tax (for example, $147 for a house valued at $350,000).
