If you are like us, here is an opportunity to do so... Finding the ideal place takes time, but we sincerely believe we have found it. Here is all the information about the self-reliant project we are setting up. This project will allow you to be 100% owner of your plot of land while benefiting from access to common spaces of qualities, crops of fruits, vegetables, herbs, cereals, chicken coops and much more. Would you like to live as it was done in the small villages of yesteryear ? Where all the people knew each other and helped each other when one of their own or the group had to face difficulties.... Who are we ?
We are first of all a family. A family of 9 people who moved in 2015 to Tulum in the Quintana Roo, Mexico. Already at the time ( our loved ones will be able to confirm ) We felt that something big was going to happen on a global level. Our goal of the moment was to put us in autonomy. From the start, we understood that we had a long way to go to learn the place well before we started. We are a family of builders, construction, renovation was our way of life when we stayed in Quebec ( Canada ). Major projects and big events are also things we have much experience with. In short, the first thing we did here was to visit lots of construction sites.Understand the Mexican way of doing things and with the same breath begin to understand how the titles of properties work. Several adventures later, a forced return to Quebec for a while and finally the sale of all our goods for a final installation, and here we are.
We have practically gone around Greater Mexico, tirelessly looking for a place that would meet all the criteria. The hardest part is simply having legal titles.
The place
There was some divine help regarding the place, it was sometimes difficult to let go and be confident, but once we let the light guide us, everything was done quickly and easily. This process allowed us to grow and mature until we were finally, really ready !

Who comes to the project?
We'll be joined by people with all kinds of skills: naturopaths, massage therapists, physiotherapists, garden specialists, natural product manufacturers, bakers, airplane pilots, nurses, carpenters, seamstresses, woodworkers, and resourceful people of all kinds. People of all ages.
You buy a lot, an approximate lot of more or less 1 hectare or about 105,000 square feet or more, or for our French and Mexican friends, 9,755 square meters or more. More because some lots will be irregular and in some cases will be able to reach 110,000 or 10,219 meters. Within a small group of people with an open mind. In this place, all beliefs are respected, no religion can prevail over others.
Here we are ! The price is 450,000 pesos per hectare. At the rate of the current day when I give you this document, this gives approximately 35,475 $ Canadian ( 26,188 $ us ) ( 23,932 euros ). We require 15% of this amount as a deposit. Everything must be done in harmony, you will know where to find us and will be our future neighbors ...
